Home is where you can rest your eyes with peace

If I had to give someone a description of home it would have to be “The location where ones’ central location is where they can feel comfortable and not on guard. I feel like when it comes to home I consider 3 places to be my home. My own house is of course my primarily home.  In my own home is where I have to say I feel most relaxed. This is where I’m with my immediate family and I have everything organized the way I want it. My house is where I can sit down and not have to leave to sleep at night. It’s a different feeling then then the other two places I consider home. My parent’s house Is the second place I consider home. I lived their most my life still. I know where most things are. I can do most of the things I can do at my home but not all.  The difference in this place and my home is the respecting your parent’s house and it just not being “my house”.  My grandfather’s house is also a place I call home.  I’ve had maybe more freedom to do as I wanted at his house. The comfort with living in the house with 3 other men make it feel homey like you lived in dorm. My parent and grandfathers house were both places where I felt comfortable enough to rest my eyes but nothing compares to your own home. Home is where your heart is and where you can rest in your mind in peace. It's at peace because you don't have to change anything including yourself..

My Phillipsburg Education

My education was  great but in a different way then the general knowledge that I picked up in class. I grew up in Phillipsburg, NJ so I attended Phillipsburg High School. I have to say I had great teachers who I always was close to up to 8th grade. I had a great relationship with all the teachers especially staff like the librarians. I can't remember having to make any special format for reports back then. I can recall how much I loved to research in the library. To go through encyclopedias and magazines were always fun. The teachers encourages the students to do this. I learned a lot of reading and writing at home also so in school I learned about building relationships, socializing, and how  the basic functions on math. The education I received was a lot of learning and life experiences form conversations with my teachers. Mrs Gepes was one of my favorite teachers. She was my second grade teacher and she  would read the Boxcar Children. She would act out ever voice and part differently to keep our interest. I remember being so anxious the next day to hear the next part of the book since it was a series. In high school i skipped school a lot and got in trouble. That is where maybe I'm lacking in skills such as Algebra, research formats, and vocabulary. I wish I could go back.

Interview with Jesse

During class this past week I got the honor to interview Mr. Jesse Breidenbach in class. Jesse B is 25 years old. Jesse B as I will refer to him is a resident of Allentown, PA. This is not his hometown though. His hometown happens to be in Bethlehem, PA, around the Freemansburg area.  He is the only child and is most likely of German decent. He is very easy to speak with and is very open as is usual with people that have longer hair.  They always tend to be able to open and have conversations with. Jesse is a musician. He plays guitar and bass. He has the rock star hair and look anyway so you can picture hi m on stage with Dave Grohl. Jesse’s favorite band happens to be AC/DC. You get the feeling Jesse loves metal especially classic rock which he told me he loves. It makes me wonder if being an only child had any correlation with him loving music. When asking about any other hobbies and if he watches TV. He answered cartoons and hockey. Jesse could be Casey Jones from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles  The New Jersey Devils are Jesse’s favorite hockey team which is odd since he’s from Pennsylvania. Jesse’s occupation is mechanic in which proves to me that he is very hands on He is in school now to become a registered nurse. I asked why the dramatic career change. He stated that he doesn’t like his job and he wants a better wage as also being to help people. With speaking with Jesse, I come to the conclusion that he is a great guy. He loves music, sports, and gets along with people. He is very is easy to converse with and loves old school rock.  Most important you can tell the he genuinely cares for what other people are saying and feeling. Which is why he wants to be a RN. I wish him the best of luck and look forward to being in class with him.
